We are looking for a developer with strong skills in Retool and PostgreSQL to manage and further develop a tool related to admissions in vocational adult education. You will be a key person in ensuring a stable and well-functioning solution for users within a municipal collaboration area. The assignment includes both further development, ongoing management, and support in an environment where Retool is used for interfaces and PostgreSQL for data storage at a European host.

• Manage, support, and further develop the existing solution in Retool.
• Develop and maintain the graphical interface in Retool.
• Be responsible for the management and maintenance of the PostgreSQL database.
• Troubleshoot, improve stability, and ensure reliable functionality in the solution.
• Collaborate with the business regarding needs, processes, and improvements related to admissions in adult education/vocational education.

• Expert knowledge of admissions in adult education/vocational education in Sweden.
• Good knowledge of the collaboration area Skåne Sydväst's organization, working methods, and processes.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish.
• Expert knowledge in Retool.
• Very good competence in PostgreSQL.

• Previous deliveries to the collaboration area Skåne Sydväst.
